Wolves Paw
The town of Winchester resides on normalcy. Nothing out of the ordinary ever happens to residents of Winchester, or so they say. A story is has been going around for centuries that werewolves lurk through the forests, waiting to prey on the little children. Parents tell this story to they’re children when they want them to behave, but is it true? Recently people have been disappearing, missing without a trace only to turn up weeks later with fresh scars to their bodies. Timothy Jackson is no different.
Great-great-grandson to the famous Daniel Jackson, founder of Winchester, Timothy is the talk of the town. He and his sister Alyssia are all the rage, everyone wants know them in some sort. Timothy and Alyssia are closer than normal sibling despite their ten year age difference. They would die for one another and have almost done it countless times. But when Timothy goes missing, Alyssia fears that something terribly wrong has happened. She searches high and low for her brother with little results. Then exactly two weeks later he returns, and with him a cross-shaped scar across his abdomen.
Winchester is beginning to hum with rumors of the stories being true. Parents are refusing to let their kids play outside at night and shops are starting to carry silver to ward of the myths. It is up to you to decide whether you believe the stories or find them a bit far-fetched. Do werewolves really exist or does the town of Winchester just need to stick to reality?
